No artificial ingredients are ever used in our products. We use just a pinch of natural sea salt. Our smoked selections are prepared over the coals of our native Alder Wood, a tradition at Chuck's Seafood. To insure quality and freshness the Smoked Oysters in our gift packages come from our own oyster beds.

Our home on the Oregon Coast is in immediate proximity to the finest commercial and ocean sport fishing, in the Pacific Northwest. If you are traveling on Scenic Highway 101 take a short detour, and visit our Custom Cannery and Seafood Market. If you are heading South on Highway 101 take the Ocean Beach exit to Cape Arago Highway, from downtown North Bend or Coos Bay. If traveling North turn west on 7-Devils Road.
