Directions for frying in pan or deep fryer: 1. Place contents of package in a deep dish or pie tin. 2. Make an egg batter by putting 1 or 2 cracked eggs in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of milk, beer or water. Beat eggs with a fork or whisk until completely mixed. 3. Dip oysters or fish fillet in egg batter, roll in Panko Fry Breading until covered. 4. Fry in canola oil or vegetable oil on medium-high heat until golden brown or cook in deep fryer at 400 degrees until golden brown.
